ME WITH ORNELLA MUTI AND ERMANNO DAELLI

I never in my life thought that I could ever take a picture with gorgeous sex symbol – Italian actress Ornella Muti and co-founder and designer of Ermanno Scervino – Ermanno Daelli in one day! Ornella was invited to Baku as an honorable guest of Eurovision 2012 and the day after the grand final she visited Royal Collection Boutique where this very private event dedicated also to Pasquale Bruni’s new jewelery collection was held. Her romantic partner famous millionaire Fabrice Kerherve was always near, supporting her. In her interview with journalists Ornella had noted her admiration for the culture and charming atmosphere of our city several times. She made everyone fell in love with her eternal beauty (can you imagine that she is 57 years old?!) and amazing femininity.  

Regarding to Ermanno Daelli,if you haven’t heard, Ermanno Scervino designed outfits for Azerbaijan’s Olympic Games team (you can have a look under the cut)! Seems like Olympic Games 2012 in London, will be the most fashionable games ever. From Stella McCartney’s  blue Union Jack uniform for Great Britain’s athletes to Prada and Armani for Italy and Ralph Lauren for USA, sports and fashion have strengthen their bonds.

Никогда в своей жизни не думала, что сфотографируюсь рядом с обворожительным секс-символом – итальянской актрисой Орнеллой Мути и основателем и дизайнером модного дома Ermanno Scervino – Эрманно Даэлли, и все это в один день! Орнелла была приглашена в Баку в качестве почетного гостя Евровидения 2012, и на следующий день после грандиозного финала, она посетила Royal Collection, где была проведено закрытое мероприятие, так же посвященное новой ювелирной коллекции Pasquale Bruni, поклонницей которого она является. Ее возлюбленный Фабрисио Керерве – знаменитый миллионер, был всегда рядом, и морально поддерживал свою восхитительную спутницу. В своем интервью журналистам, Орнелла призналась, что в восторге от Азербайджанской культуры, и чарующей атмосферы нашего города. Она, в свою очередь, невольно заставила всех влюбиться в свою вечную, неувядающую красоту (вы можете представить, что ей 57 лет?!) и удивительную женственность.

Что касается Эрманно Даэлли, то если вы еще не слышали, Ermanno Scervino создали дизайн нарядов для Азербайджанской команды спортсменов, принимающих участив в Олимпийских Играх этого года. Очевидно, что Олимпийские Игры в Лондоне станут самыми модными за всю историю игр. От синей формы Union Jack для Великобритании от Стеллы Маккартни  до Prada и Armani для итальянских атлетов, и  Ralph Lauren для США… Наконец-то спорт и мода еще сильнее скрепили свои узы!

STYLISH BAKU GIRLS AT LLADRO EVENT

By the way I forgot to tell you surprising news: when I was in London I was contacted by Vogue Turkey! They wanted to arrange meeting in Baku and take the interview. I was so upset that I couldn’t make it, but I hope we will collaborate soon :) Also I started to receive a lot of letters from readers, stores and designers(!) and this makes me really happy.Thank you for your support and sorry that so often my work “steals” me from the blog. I will do my best to amaze you!

Я была просто дико расстроена, что не могла сделать этого, но я уверена, что скоро у нас будет шанс «сдружиться» :) Также я стала получать большое количество писем от читателей, магазинов и дизайнеров(!), и это не может не радовать меня. Спасибо за поддержку, и простите что работа так часто «крадет» меня от блога. Обещаю стараться удивлять вас!

BURST OF FLOWERS

“Birth of Flowers”… That was the name of the evening organized by LLADRO in Baku. Of course I decided to take advantage of such beautiful theme and hot weather, and opted to wear exotic floral dress. It looks very Versacesque, but I am sure you will laugh when you found out where I bought this gorgeousness!

In this post you will see a lot of photos of my look of the day. Later I will publish party pictures as well, with my comments for another girls’ outfits (I know you love it, right?) ;) And don’t be confused that I wore different shoes on the photographs. I was in heels at the event, afterwards changed them to flat sandals, but the next day when I was shooting “the whole outfit” I decided that they look better with new Steve Madden wedges. A girl can change her mind! :D

«Рождение цветов»… Именно так был назван великолепный вечер LLADRO в Баку. Конечно же, я решила воспользоваться «ботанической» тематикой и жаркой погодой, и надела короткое платье с экзотическим цветочным принтом. Оно очень в духе Versace, но вы будете смеяться, когда узнаете где я на самом деле нашла это чудо!

В этом посту вы увидите много фотографий моего look'а. Ну, а позже, я опубликую фоторепортаж с мероприятия с комментариями к нарядам остальных девушек (я знаю, что вам это интересно, правда)?  ;) Только не обращайте внимание, что на фотографиях у меня разная обувь. На event я пошла на каблуках, затем сменила на сандалии для прогулки в городе, а уже на следующий день, когда мы снимали весь образ, я решила, что лучше всего это платье будет смотреться с новыми босоножками на танкетке от Steve Madden. Мы девушки такие непостоянные :D

CHOPARD PRESS CONFERENCE

Sometime ago I visited Chopard press conference, where I had a chance to see some magnificent jewellery and few new creations of the brand that haven’t been displayed yet anywhere in the world. At the event I met Xavier Lasserre from Chopard who was very friendly. Especially when he found out that I can speak French (but frankly, without practice it’s getting worse day by day).

My outfit of the day could be almost boring if I haven’t added gorgeous statement necklace and studded clutch. Aren’t right accessories make a difference? :)

Я давно уже хотела поделиться с вами фотографиями с пресс конференции Chopard, где у меня была возможность разглядеть потрясающие ювелирные изделия и новые драгоценные творения этого бренда, которые в тот день были впервые представлены миру. На мероприятии я так же познакомилась с Ксавье Лассером – директором по продаже Chopard, который оказался дружелюбным собеседником (особенно он был рад тому факту, что я перешла на французский язык, который, честно говоря, я начинаю забывать без практики).

Мой наряд для пресс конференции мог бы выглядеть довольно скучно, если бы я не добавила массивное statement-ожерелье и клатч с заклепками. Правильно подобранные украшения действительно обладают особой силой, не так ли? :)

RUBELLI FASHION SHOW

Sometime ago I have attended IDEA store to see Rubelli fashion show and to be a part of the event called “Snaidero Cuisine”. The models showed dresses in the Venetian style made of fabrics from the famous Italian brand Rubelli. The atmosphere at the store was very friendly and all the guests felt really comfortable surrounded by beautiful furniture, luxurious decor items and enjoyed life opera performance by Anna Reshetnyak and cooking show from Italian chef – the owner of 2 Michelin stars – Vinicio Dover.

 For the event I decided to wear white blazer with simple skinny jeans and add some nude and gold details. Also it was the first time I wore my new Michael Kors bag (btw I bought it at Michael Kors boutique in Dubai Mall and I was a bit upset afterwards when I found out that it’s  cheaper to order it straight from USA. Anyway the bag totally worse it!)

Не так давно я посетила «Вечер Кухни Snaiderо» в мебельном салоне IDEA. Все началось с показа мод от Rubelli. Модели, грациозно ступали по подиуму, демонстрируя платья в Венецианском стиле, созданных из тканей от известного итальянского бренда Rubelli.  Атмосфера в салоне была теплой и дружелюбной, и все гости чувствовали себя очень уютно, окруженные красивой мебелью, люксовыми предметами декора, и остались в восторге от живого исполнения оперы Анной Решетняк. 

Другим великолепным сюрпризом стало кулинарное шоу от итальянского повара, обладателя двух Мишленовских звезд – Виничо Довьера.

На этот  event я решила надеть белый пиджак с простыми джинсами скинни и добавить детали в бежевых и золотых тонах. В тот день я впервые "вывела в свет" свою новую сумку от Michael Kors (кстати, я ее купила в бутике Michael Kors в Dubai Mall, но позже я узнала, что было бы дешевле заказать сумку прямо с США :( Но, все равно я довольна!)

Я наконец-то получила официальные фотографии с потрясающей вечеринки Стивена Вебстера. Но, в этом посту я опубликую не только свои фотографии с самим Мистером Вебстером, но и покажу самые лучшие и интересные наряды, в которых блистали красавицы-модницы города Баку! Так же вы можете посмотреть первый «выход в свет» моего маленького черного платья. ;)

STEPHEN WEBSTER'S MYSTERY EVENT IN BAKU

On Friday I had an honour to take part in Murder She Wrote mystery event dedicated to Stephen Webster’s new amazing jewellery collection. The press conference with Stephen and his beautiful wife Anastasia began at 18:00 (I was sitting in the first row ;) ). I couldn’t imagine that Stephen is such a cool and down to earth person and of course as you know I got a thing for everything British, so I melted when I heard his accent :D  When I reached him after the conference the first thing he told me was: I absolutely love your dress! Isn’t the most flattering compliment you can imagine to get from one of the most famous jewellery designers in the world?! We took some pictures that I will surely show you in few days!

Later guest had hors d'oeuvres, delicious desserts and a lot of champagne. By the way one of the ladies fell from the stairs and everything that was in her glass landed on my dress and my bag, so I literally had Champagne Showers :) But despite that fact I had incredible experience, enjoyed the detective game that all guest have played and was dead chuffed about Bryan Ferry’s live performance! Truly marvelous! I wanted to thank ItalDizain Group for organizing this wonderful evening and giving me opportunity to be a part of it. It was night to remember :)
